I’m glad you enjoyed the Goob Boob shot! I could barely hold still enough to take that picture. I kept laughing and dropping the paper. But I knew I had to do it, because as you said, Shyzer needs more boobs!!

Goob, you are the most original and creative person I know. You should set up some sort of PayPal account from you site where people can donate. In return, you can send them postcards or letters from Australia. Just a thought.

You need to pimp your site. Get it mentioned on the news. Email the link and story to all the major cable networks…is Olberman still on the air? Seems like the auction is something he’d explore

Angel, thank you. That was an awesome compliment. Ask anybody who knows me in real life, “original and creative” are things I strive for every day.

Jaime, if you were to donate something, you would be the coolest person in the state of Maine. Maybe even the entire Northeast. No, no, you’d be the coolest person in the history of people who’ve ever donated anything to the “Goob Fund!” As far as getting the money, anything sent to my paypal account goes directly into my bank account. So technically I’ll never “touch” the money in a physical aspect since I use my bank account to pay off whatever I spend on my credit card (ie, Shyzer hosting fees!). But I promise you and everybody else that I would see, notice, and personally thank anybody who ever donated any money through Shyzer. Heck, the simply fact that you even are considering donating a few bucks is beyond me. It’s just such a cool concept to me that people enjoy Shyzer enough to drop a few George Washingtons my way

And back to Angel’s last point, yeah the “please donate” link does kinda get lost in there. I just recently put it back up and I’m thinking about sticking a more visible button over by the Google Ads (which completely suck BTW…at this rate I’ll get a check in 39 months)

As far as e-mailing news agencies, I’m just too modest. I don’t mind telling people I run a site and I don’t mind doing free advertising (say, like how I went around in class rooms last night writing http://www.shyzer.com! on the chalk boards!) But as far as pimping it to news sites, I couldn’t do it. If a reporter came up to me and started asking me about Shyzer, the first thing that I’d want to say is “No, no! You’re interviewing the wrong person! Bostonbrat, Doctorgrosz, You, Ally, and all the other daily’s I go to should be the ones being interviewed! Shyzer is nothing compared to their sites!” Granted, I’d never turn an interview down if one was actually requested of me, but I’d still feel weird.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that while I think it’d be awesome as hell to be interviewed and get a few shout out’s on national television, I’d feel weird going and seeking them. I feel I should be able to do something worth while that will catch their attention.
