I am convinced that somewhere along my pathin life. I unknowingly pissed off a FASFA decision maker. Since then, that person has been set on making the first 2 weeks of each semester a living hell. And that person also makes his presence known when it comes times for grades. "Grades withheld due to unpaid balance." Last semester I should have gotten money back. Instead I had to pay them extra.
